Drew gets his name from Drew Bree's the star player for Michael's favorite NFL team the New Orleans Saints .....an obvious choice with a name like Saint Loft.
Poor Drew had a throat operation before coming to the stable and as a result is unable to drink properly as when he drinks it instantly come out his nose, but he has learnt to live with it and always has his water and feed low to the ground which helps make it easier on him.
